Holistic hands-on and value driven approach
Changing an organisation is not done by drawing a new organisational chart. It is neither changed by writing a new vision, value statements or a desired culture. In order to make change stick we need to be persistent, allow time and work on many levels at the same time. We must hav a holistic approach where we apply proven organisational design patterns in combination working with culture, vision and values. The changes need to be incremental and tested in real life, bubbles on a paper just don’t do the job. And through it all we need to communicate, and communicate and communicate.
