Every organisation has like any other organisms, different organisational layers. Even though there can be different levels of complexity and variations all organisations can be viewed at from three perspectives, Team, Multi-Team and Portfolio/Enterprise.

In order to transform the whole organisation we need to work with all three perspectives, making sure that each level travel from an old paradigm to a new in regards to Organisational Design Patterns, Ways of Working, Culture and Values and more. There is great value to be found on each of these levels, but the full gain will be reached when we consider a scaled approach working with all organisational levels, Enterprise to Multi-Team and Team level.
